How to Reset GMC IntelliLink

If your software is fully updated and you are still having trouble with IntelliLink, you can get GMC IntelliLink support by calling the GMC assistance line at 1-800-462-8782. You can also try to reset the system. Here’s how: 

1. Go to the GMC IntelliLink home screen and click on “Settings.”
2. Choose “Return to Factory Settings.”
3. Choose from the following: Restore Vehicle Settings, Clear All Private Data, or Restore Radio Settings. Select “Restore Vehicle Settings.”
4. When prompted to either Continue or Cancel, click “Continue.”
5. This should reset the system. You can then go back to your home screen.
